Note of "nudge" It's not polite to call her "Ex". Everyone may agree she deserves more respect than that. I saw her wear silk in the past, I think. I'll give her the nickname Silken. Only last week did I discover the success of Silken. Also, for Fit Fast it's the same. Only last year did I know about the degree of Fit Fast's success. The 2 ladies are very good friends (or had been). Normally, I don't get involved in people's personal info.
