After I was given info, I decided to change the story of P & C. Currently, without much time, I couldn't think about a different subject other than the military, off the top of my head. I hope it's better.

B)
If in the beginning you're confused about the equation, I explain it in 2 other places:

I reworded and finished the description of each percent in Proba C, where I explain the full equation.
* If ever you are discouraged from too much confusion you can briefly glimpse at Proba C > E of E. From sampling it, when again you're encouraged, you may return to the spot from where you had orginally left, and continue forward.
